The breakfast spread offered a variety of options like croissants, toast, and fruit, which was plentiful and different.

Don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit action aquapark. Our double room accommodated us perfectly;))

Whatever you need is this big size room with a big balcony as well as ac. The service is excellent with private parking available and decent meals...

The staff here are pleasant, and the location is quiet and central, plus we enjoyed delicious toast and fruity snacks.

In no case is a four star hotel. I would not come here again. Staff very weak at all helpful, the rooms in any critical approach those four stars that claim to be. Breakfast is served until 8 o'clock, "although the sun is already up," is very poorly. In addition to reception we were not given even an opposite weather info the next day, on the pretext that they do not go the internet ... but if you wanted to have internet access in hotel paid 2.5 euros for half hour.

everything was perfect, so were spectacular views of the beach. i had a warm welcome, perfect and kind staff. the room was tidy, especially the bed was good. the lobby bar was a delightful surprise. the stay was nice, would recomand.

We had a wonderful time at Grenada! Our 2-bed apartment was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating. The poolside area was also great. The bar staff were friendly and helpful, and the food choices were delicious, especially the breakfast croissants. our stay was fantastic, and we will definitely return!

The hotel's location is great, just a short walk away from the beach and close to bus stops for travel to nearby cities. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast is varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel offers a fitness suite and sauna for those interested in working out or relaxing.

The lack of customer support and unfriendly staff can be a downside for some guests.

The room is quite big and clean.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged at my arrival and not at the end which made me feel awkward. I did not like the fact that all services were chargeable, the breakfast was very poor (more like a 2 star hotel), no wi-fi, no flat tv and no Eurosport tv (to watch le Tour), no closed parking. As a location, the hotel was 10 minutes away from the beach and ~ 3 km from the center of Sunny Beach. And I didn't like the fact that only 1 bancomat was nearby which was always out of service and this was a big problem as we had to go to Nesebar to have money to spend as there were few places where you can pay by card.

The room was cleaned every day, staff speaks many languages and they are very helpful. Its 50m away from Cacao beach, there is a supermarket across the street, the apartments are fully equiped with kitchen facilities, balconies in every room, comfortable bed, big living room with comfy furniture.

No wifi.. 4 stars hotel with no wifi in the rooms.. If you go to the lobby and there are more than 5 ppl connected, wifi crashes.

Nearby there's a popular water park just 2 miles away 🌊 , and you can easily catch a train from a station right by the entrance.

Good location: close to the beach and walking distance from the old town. Nice food at the hotel's restaurant.

Beach view rooms means you can see the other hotel. The breakfast choice was poor and same every day. Reloading the foods was quite slow sometimes. The WiFi didn't work for 3 days till our leaving (maybe still now). The pool was very cold. We paid for the parking place and they said that maybe we have space maybe we have no space when we wanted to drive somewhere.

It is very close to the beach and to the bus station to Nesebar and to sunny beach central.The bus ticket costs 1 leva and the minitrain 3 leva. You can also walk to Nesebar on the road near the beach, it is a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was ok, there is also a good free wireless internet connection in the lobby and on the ground floor. The restaurant was good if not in the mood to go out. The pool is nice and also there is live music each evening. This can be loud for rooms with pool view,

There is no sea view.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially receptionist Ivo who allowed me to check in earlier. The location is great - super close to Sunny Beach and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The hotel facilities are great, with a clean and well-maintained pool. The food was also excellent with a good selection of dishes.

Nothing that I didn't like.
